Optics Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

All optics are covered by a 2-year manufacturing warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended use.

What the Warranty Includes

During the 2-year warranty period, defective products may be inspected, repaired, or fitted with replacement parts where needed. Because the optics are built with a modular design, components can be replaced more easily and efficiently when a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

What Qualifies as a Manufacturing Defect

A manufacturing defect includes faults caused by materials, assembly, or workmanship. If a product fails during normal use because of one of these issues, it may qualify for warranty service.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized modification, neglect, normal cosmetic wear, or damage caused by external events. Consumable items, accessories, and damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions may also be excluded unless otherwise stated.

Repair and Replacement Terms

Warranty service may include repair, replacement of defective modular components, or replacement of the product where repair is not practical. The repair or replacement method will be determined after product inspection.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, the customer should provide proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and any supporting images if requested. The product may need to be returned for assessment before warranty approval is confirmed.

Important Conditions

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless local law states otherwise. Any repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original 2-year warranty period unless required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products or parts only. It does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of income, or damage to other property, except where such limitations are not allowed by law.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Those legal rights may vary depending on the country or region of purchase.
